Best teachers determined in military schools of Ministry of Defense

In order to stimulate the growth of qualifications, professionalism, the productivity of pedagogical and scientific work, the development of the creative initiative of teachers in military universities of Kazakhstan, a rating evaluation of the faculty is used, the Ministry of Defense informed.

Among the military educational institutions this practice of rating the teaching staff for the first time introduced in the National Defense University and aimed at creating a competitive environment among the teaching staff is an important element in assessing the teaching, methodological and scientific activities of teachers.

Thus, Head of the Department of Social Sciences and Pedagogy of the Faculty of Military and Humanitarian Sciences Colonel Askar Makipov was recognized as the best teacher of the National Defense University in the category of the Head of the Faculty. In the category of associate professors, associate professor of the Department of Command and Troops of the Combined Arms Headquarters Colonel Yerlan Zakiyev was recognized as the best.

Based on the results of the rating assessment of the teaching staff of the Military Institute of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant-Colonel Konstantin Fedoseyenko, who has been teaching the discipline "Management of the daily activities of the Department", was identified as the best teacher. In addition, employee of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kulpash Tusumkhanova was recognized as the best teacher by the senior teacher of the Faculty of State Language of the Military Institute of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications the best teachers were associate professor - Head of the digital electronics cycle of the Department of the bases of military radio engineering and electronics, Lieutenant Colonel Asemkhan Mukushev and chief of the Department of Natural Sciences, Master of Informatics Raushan Iglikova. Under her leadership the team of the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications repeatedly took prizes in the International Olympiads in Informatics among cadets of educational organizations of higher education of the states-participants of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
