Nurlan Nigmatulin: Trips to regions are important for deputy corps

The speaker of the Mazhilis visited the workshops of the largest enterprises of the region - "Kazakhstan Agro Innovation Corporation" and "Kokshetauminwody", where he got acquainted with the process of assembling agricultural machinery, as well as the release of mineral water, the Mazhilis press-service reported.

In the course of the conversation with the labor collective of "Kokshetauminwody" , Nurlan Nigmatulin talked about the implementation of the most important state programs and lawmaking activity of parliamentarians in our country, and also answered a number of questions.

Particular attention is paid to such an important aspect of the strategic course of the President for the residents of Akmola as an innovative industrialization. The Chairman of the Mazhilis noted the focus of the company on the use of high technologies, modernization of production, emphasizing the agro-industrial potential of the region as a whole.

Speaking about the changes taking place in the country, Nurlan Nigmatulin focused on the fact that Kazakhstan's absolute trust to National Leader Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as belief in the future, became the pledge of the success achieved by Kazakhstan in the 26 years of Independence. The speaker of the Mazhilis also noted the achievements of our country in foreign policy, including the beginning of Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the UN Security Council, the peacekeeping settlement of the Syrian conflict, the SCO and OIC summits and others.

"It is the National Leader, Nursultan Nazarbayev, who is rightly considered the main creator and ideological inspiration for the cardinal reforms in Kazakhstan. Annual presidential addresses formed the basis for a large-scale process of renewal of the country, reforming the domestic economy, deep transformation of society, spiritual revival, the formation of a unique model of interethnic and inter-confessional consent and national unity", Nurlan Nigmatulin said.

The Chairman of the Mazhilis also noted the success of Akmola region. Within the framework of the Industrialization Map, 76 investment projects worth more than 223 billion tenge have already been implemented, 7,700 jobs have been created. And 11 more projects for 528.3 billion tenge, with the creation of 4.3 thousand new jobs are planned. Gross harvest of grains last year amounted to 5.1 million tons.

Nurlan Nigmatulin told the people of Akmola about the legislative work of the Deputies of the Mazhilis. In particular, it was a question of the law on the republican budget. At the same time, it was noted that the Deputies of the Mazhilis additionally found funds in the total amount of 22 billion tenge for social needs. This money will go to the construction of schools, hospitals, repair and maintenance of cultural and sports facilities, reconstruction of roads, development of water supply and sanitation.

According to N.Nigmatulin, during the work on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Deputies fulfilled the instruction of the President, maximizing the preventive potential of the current legislation and not increasing administrative penalties. As a result, the amount of the administrative fine was reduced to an average of 30%, and for minor offenses, fines were replaced with judicial warnings. At the same time, there has been retained administrative responsibility for the deception of consumers, violation of the rights of disabled people and children.

Among the approved draft laws, the Chairman of the Mazhilis also underlined the new Tax Code, the Code on Customs Regulation, the Agreement on the Customs Code of the EAEU, the Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use,

Nurlan Nigmatulin paid particular attention to legislative support for the constitutional reform. As noted by the Speaker of the Mazhilis, the legislation on the issues of the judicial system, state symbols, the activity of the Constitutional Council, the International Financial Center "Astana" is being improved.

Nurlan Nigmatulin answered the questions of labor collectives, residents of Akmola region, in particular, they were interested in supporting exporters, developing the agricultural sector, providing the regions with quality drinking water, stressing that meetings with the population are important for the legislative work of the deputy corps.

"I am confident that you, as residents of Akmola region and all Kazakhstan people - as a reliable support of the Head of our State, people who demonstrate their full support of all initiatives of their Leader by real deeds, will take an active part in the implementation of the presidential development strategy of Kazakhstan", the Chairman of the Mazhilis said at the end of the meetings.
