First "proactive" child in Kazakhstan received birth certificate
On the eve of the new year, the state corporation "Government for Citizens" together with JSC "National Information Technologies" and authorized bodies launched a pilot project to provide pro-active services for the birth of a child. Applications for registration of the birth of citizens come automatically, owing to the integration of information systems, the state corporation reported.
Since the launch of the pilot project, 1208 women received SMS messages with the offer to receive services in a proactive format. Immediately after the birth of the child, the parents receive an SMS-message with a congratulation, as well as an offer to receive a state service for registering the birth of the baby. All the information from the e-government portal pulls various government agencies out of information systems, and the missing ones are requested from the customer through SMS messages.
"An account number for registration of birth aids and data for putting on the queue for the kindergarten can also be possible to send via a phone. The applicant will only have to pick up the finished birth certificate or order its delivery to the house", the report said.
In the near future, the pension and social security services will be provided in a pro-active format. It is worth remembering that in order to receive public services in a pro-active format, it is necessary to link the IIN to the mobile phone number in the personal account on the e-government portal.
