Senators informed about economic development of Kyzylorda rgn
During the meeting with Governor of Kyzylorda region Krymbek Kusherbayev, the parliamentarians were acquainted with the main results of social and economic development of the region in 2017 and plans for the coming year, the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported.
The Governor of the region presented detailed information on the state and prospects of modernization of industry, agrarian sector, education, health and culture.
The Senators got acquainted with the work of the Law Enforcement Services Center of Kyzylorda region, established with the aim of fast and transparent provision of legal services. Here, qualified specialists (prosecutors, lawyers, mediators, representatives of the Governor's Office) on the basis of an integrated approach assist citizens in solving legal problems. The center is equipped with modern engineering equipment, comfortable conditions for visitors are created.
Parliamentarians visited a stationary police station of a new type and highly appreciated his work. Also, the effective operation of the video surveillance system, including about 500 cameras, was noted. The Deputies recommended to spread these innovations, which allowed to reduce the level of crime, and in other regions of the country.
The Deputies during meetings with representatives of law enforcement bodies informed them about legislative amendments aimed at humanizing administrative and criminal legislation.
On the same day, a meeting with activists of the region, Deputies of maslikhats and the population was held in the building of the city maslikhat. Vice-Speaker of the Senate B. Beknazarov in his speech dwelled on the results of the activities of the Upper Chamber of Parliament in the past year. Among the key events, he underlined the constitutional reform initiated by Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev.
"The Parliament adopted amendments and additions to the Basic Law, which provided the legal basis for the political reform proposed by the Head of State. The deputy corps did a lot of work on the new Tax and Customs Codes, other laws", B. Beknazarov said.
An interesting conversation took place, during which it was about the content of the laws adopted by the Parliament, the spiritual modernization of the Kazakhstani society, including the preservation of national values and the introduction of the Latin graphics of the Kazakh language. B. Beknazarov answered the questions of the participants of the event.
