eGov rendered over 34mln services in 2017
The total number of services rendered for all years exceeded the 200 million mark.
Thus, 22 431 707 address inquiries were issued in the "Family" service section, putting the child in queue for kindergarten - 92 945 services, filing an electronic application for marriage registration - 79 396.
"At the same time, it is worth noting that 4,291 applications were submitted for the dissolution of the marriage in the same year", JSC "NIT" noted.
18,484 electronic applications were filed for birth registration.
In the section of "Real Estate" services, certificates of absence (availability) of real estate were issued 5 212 126 times, certificates of registered rights (encumbrances) on real estate and its technical characteristics - 5 528 972 times.
In the section "Business", Kazakhstanis 761 673 times received certificates on the registered legal entity, branch or representative office, 33 421 times received state registration of legal entities.
"In addition, Kazakhstanis appreciate the convenience of online payment of taxes, fines, etc. on eGov.kz. In 2017, payments through the electronic government payment gateway totaling more than 17 billion tenge were made", JSC "NIT" informed.
Over the past three years, the number of transactions made by citizens has doubled, from 639715 in 2014 to 1,907,932 in 2017. In general, the amount of all payments for the period of the service on the portal amounted to more than 46 billion tenge.
The number of issued electronic digital signatures is increasing every year.
Thus, in 2017, 6 488 045 EDSs were issuered in Kazakhstan, of which more than 1.5 million EDSs were received on the identity card.
By the end of 2017, the number of registered users of the e-government portal in Kazakhstan has reached 7 million. In 2017, more than one million users were registered, including 1,023,652 individuals and 45,912 legal entities.
In total in 2017, through the e-government portal eGov.kz, citizens were provided with more than 34 million services, the Single contact center 1414 received over 4.3 million calls.
We note that to date on the portal eGov.kz citizens 237 services are available, on the eLicense.kz electronic licensing portal - 215 services.
