"The heating season 2017-2018. in all regions of the country passes in a stable regime. The Ministry monitors the progress of the heating season in the part of technological violations on the networks of heat supply, water disposal and water supply", Zh. Kassymbek said.
In general, since the beginning of the heating season, 45 violations in life support systems have been registered. Of these, 11: 5 in heat supply networks - in North Kazakhstan, in East Kazakhstan - 1, in Pavlodar - 3, in Almaty - 1, in Karaganda region - 1.
"The analysis shows that basically a large number of violations are on the water supply and sanitation networks. Over the same period last year, there were 100 such violations. We note that this year 45 violations were found in general for heat supply, water disposal, water supply. That is, there is a decrease in 2 times. Despite this, we believe that the Governor's Offices need to strengthen control over the uninterrupted operation of life support systems and operatively eliminate violations", the Minister said.

"At the beginning of the heating season, accounts receivables for utility services were 14.5 billion tenge, for today the debt is 12.9 billion tenge, that is, it is reduced by 11%. The highest indebtedness remains in South Kazakhstan region - 2.7 billion, Astana city - 2.2 billion, Almaty - 1.8 billion, Mangistau - 1.6, Aktobe region - 1.1 billion, Karaganda - 880 million, but current payments comprise a large amount of debt", he said.
We note, Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Kanat Bozumbayev at the meeting noted that the current autumn-winter period is in normal mode. In general, more than 4.3 million tons of coal and 111,000 tons of fuel oil have been stored in the fuel depots of power plants.
