Rest days postponed for Kazakhstanis in 2018

With a view to rational use of working time, the Government of Kazakhstan has postponed rest days in 2018, which fell on Saturday, primeminister.kz reports.
In 2018, the next rest days were postponed:
• from Saturday March, 3 to Friday March, 9;
• from Saturday April, 28 to Monday April, 30;
• from Saturday May, 5 to Tuesday May, 8;
• from Saturday August, 25 to Friday August, 31;
• from Saturday December, 29 to Monday December, 31 of 2018.
We note, according to the third paragraph of the Article 85 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the rational use of working hours during holidays, the Government has the right to postpone the weekend on other working days.
