Level of Kazakhstani content to increase in enterprises of Almaty
Thus, companies producing furniture, road lighting, and cartridges will supply products to the Governor's Offices before the end of 2018, the Enterpreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development Department of Almaty reported.
"We provide our local enterprises with orders and full capacity. In addition, the share will allow them to expand and create new production lines, increase tax revenues to the city budget, and ensure investment growth in the manufacturing industry", deputy head of the Enterpreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development Department of Almaty Ganibet Aubakirov said
Growth in the manufacturing industry compared with 2009, when the first action "State Order" was held, amounted to 123% from 250 billion tenge to 809 billion tenge.
The speaker added that the action is being held for the 11th time and has positive results. As a result of last year's action, Almaty enterprises signed more than 12 thousand contracts for 809 billion tenge.
According to Aubakirov, some of the contracts are long-term and will be in effect until 2019.
We note, that the action "State Order" is designed to increase the proportion of Kazakhstani content in procurement of state bodies, national companies and enterprises of Almaty.
