Hydrogen production unit launched at Pavlodar petrochemical plant
We note, on December 13, the Pavlodar petrochemical plant completed repairing hydrogen production unit, starting launch works on it from December 15.
Thus, the plant was put into design capacity of 20,000 Nm³/h (normal cubic meters per hour) with hydrogen supply to the sulfur production complex, hydrotreating diesel fuel, hydrofining naphtha, isomerization unit. The daily output of diesel fuel is 4400 tons.
"From December 22, it is planned to start producing diesel fuel of class K4", the company assured.
On December 25, after the introduction of the isomerization unit at the plant, all necessary components will be obtained for the production of K4 motor fuel in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. By December 30, the plant plans to stop the shipment of K2 fuels.
At the same time, the production of diesel fuel without increasing the oil load at the Pavlodar petrochemical plant will increase from 4400 to 5000 tons per day, petrol - from 3600 to 4600 tons per day.
