"It is people who are the main value of independence. The political stability, constant support for the policies pursued for the benefit of society, the unity of the people and power are the main secrets of our success. I bequeath this to future generations. Without this, there will be no success in the country. Kazakhstan must not leave this path", the President added.

In addition, during the solemn reception, the Head of State made a special emphasis on the success of the economic reforms, which became the pledge of strengthening the social function of the state.

"The population of our country for the first time in the history exceeded the mark of 18 million. The birth rate increased by 50%. Kazakhstan this year has reached the fourth place in the world in terms of enrollment in primary education. The life expectancy increased by 4.5 years and amounted to 72.5 years. For more than 1.1 million families, own housing has become a reality", the President of Kazakhstan said.

In conclusion, the President of Kazakhstan once again congratulated all those present on the Independence Day and noted that the main guarantee of our country's success is political stability, constant support for the course conducted for the benefit of society and the unity of the people.
