UN named main achievements of Kazakhstan over 26 years of Independence
"According to the leaders of diplomatic missions of different countries, first of all, this is an increased authority in the world arena, the most important is also the refusal of our country from the nuclear legacy. Nursultan Nazarbayev's initiatives are supported by the progressive international community, and membership in the UN Security Council has become a broad recognition of Kazakhstan's role in the world", khabar.kz reports.
Today, Kazakhstan is a member of the leading international organizations - the OSCE, OIC, SCO, CIS, EAEU. Over the years of independence, official Astana has established diplomatic relations with 180 countries around the world.
