This type of aircraft is able to fly to the maximum possible distance practically throughout the territory without additional fueling. The C-295 aircraft is very simple and practical to operate. "Airbus Military" Aircraft Company has created such a model that it could differ from other aircrafts, its reliability, uninterrupted operation in the control system, fuel economy, maneuverability and mobility in the transportation of equipment and personnel. The flight of the C-295 from Spain to Kazakhstan was carried out by the pilots of the Air Force of Kazakhstan, under the direction of the "first class pilot" commander of the crew Lieutenant-Colonel Dmitry Grotz.
"Unlike airplanes of a similar class, it is capable of carrying out long flights at a distance of up to 5,500 kilometers, while the fuel consumption of the aircraft is half that of other similar types", Lieutenant Colonel Dmitry Grotz said.
It should be noted that the new aircraft technology, which goes into the arsenal of the military transport aircraft of the Kazakh army, makes it possible to increase the combat capability and mobility, the ability to transport personnel, weapons and military equipment over long distances.
