Prices in housing market in October changed

In October 2017 compared with the previous month, the sale price of new housing fell by 0.5%.
According to the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan, resale of well-maintained and uncomfortable housing increased by 0.2%. Rent for well-maintained housing became higher by 0.7%.
It should be noted that the monitoring of prices in the housing market is carried out in the capital, Almaty and regional centers by a select group of organizations that carry out real estate transactions in the city fund, including construction companies.
