Mobile application Smart Astana is popular among residents of capital
With the help of the know-how, residents and guests of the city register at the reception, manage their appeals in the "Personal Account", the first become aware of new events in the life of the city, participate in various surveys, and receive timely push messages.
The mobile application and web portal "Smart Astana" were created to provide convenient access for users to open, relevant and actual indicators of the smart services of the capital, including to improve the level of accessibility of information for residents and visitors of the capital, improve the quality and popularization of urban information products and services to provide interactive access to information.
In total, today there are over 30 services in 12 categories: public and urban services, health care, education, housing and public utilities, public transport, tourism, commercial services, entertainment, alerts, news and events in the city, an active citizen, as well as various useful widgets: information about the weather, the exchange rate, the time schedule for praying and fasting.
The project was updated and launched on June 7, 2017.
