Kazakhmys Corporation produced 151.2k tons of copper since beginning of year
As told in the corporation, this figure exceeded the same period of the past year (2016) by 8.9 thousand tons (6%).
The average copper content in the ore as a result of the past period was 0.96%, which is higher than the average content of copper in the same period of 2016 (0.94%) and above the planned level of 4.2%.
In addition, for 8 months of 2017, company's enterprises produced 18 million 852, 341 thousand tons of ore. The processing plants of “Kazakhmys” processed 19 million tons of ore.
During 2017, “Kazakhmys Corporation” LLP plans to produce 232.4 thousand tons of copper in cathode equivalent.

In addition, in 2016, 225,657 tons of copper were produced in cathode equivalent, 2325 kilogram of gold in bars. Kazakhmys - is one of the largest silver producers in the world - in 2016 produced 249.6 tons of refined silver.
