E.Sagadiev offered to provide teachers with benefits on arrangement of children in kindergartens
"Lack of benefits for teachers is a problem. The Ministry is making a proposal to provide teachers and educators with the benefits to arrange their children in kindergartens, similar to the benefits for the military. The network of kindergartens is growing, in principle, it is already sufficient. Therefore, we would like to initiate such a norm. Reduced training load for teachers. The proposal of teachers and parents' committees to reduce the teaching load on teachers and children, new curricula are now actively discussed by teachers. We hope to reach a final decision by the end of the year", Y. Sagadiev said.
The Minister also noted that another problem is the workload of teachers with various paper reports.
"The workload of teachers is maintained by various paper reports. We practically digitized everything, but I wanted to say that there are 15 to 20 different commissions in several Governor’s Offices. For example, the Commission for Combating Corruption, the Commission on Juvenile Affairs, Women's Affairs, Youth Affairs, Offenses and so on. All of them require information from schools in writing. Accordingly, the teacher continues to write the answers. Today our National Educational Database allows us to take all this in one place. We ask for your permission to completely prohibit Governor’s Offices from requesting information from schools, if it exists in the National Educational Database. If necessary, we will expand the base", Y. Sagadiev said.
