New stroke center to be created in E.Kazakhstan
The stroke center, which will provide timely assistance to patients from the Zyryanovsk district, will be opened as early as 2018.
Governor of the region Danial Akhmetov during his working trip to the region instructed the management of the healthcare department to study in detail all the moments, to prepare a special room.
"For example, in the village of Markakol of the Kurchum district, and it is about 140 kilometers from the district center, for some unknown reason the maternity department was liquidated, it must be restored. People are uncomfortable to get so far, they may simply not be in time. The same is with the stroke center. The population need it, and it does not matter if it costs 500 or 600 million, we will finance it", Danial Akhmetov said.
The Governor of the region stressed that the center, which will be located at the city hospital of Zyryanovsk, should be fully equipped with all the necessary modern equipment.
