B.Saparbayev acquainted with course of implementation of large investment project
In the framework of this project in Altyndy village the preparatory works are underway for the construction of a gold recovery plant with a capacity of 5 million tons of gold-bearing ore per year. There are plans for the launch of a quarry. The cost of the project is 148 billion tenge. It is expected that this plant will become the second largest in Kazakhstan.
"AltynEx Company" has been developing "Yubileynoye" gold deposit since October 2015. Currently, the company produces 300 thousand tons of ore per year by underground.
It should be noted that the construction of the gold extraction plant was started by the company in connection with the transition to the development of ore with low gold content in the open way. This project will allow processing of poor ore to produce alloy Dore.
Since April this year, the company has invested more than 10 million dollars in the project, and up to the next spring it is planned to send about 100 million dollars.
Currently, more than 600 workers from among the local residents are involved, who will be admitted to the factory after commissioning new production and retraining.
It is expected that the new production will be launched in late 2019, at full capacity will be released in 2020.
During the meeting of the Governor of the region with the management of "AltynEx Company" JSC, problematic issues that require assistance of the regional administration were discussed.
In particular, the representatives of the mining enterprise applied for assistance in building the necessary infrastructure.
The Governor of the region noted that an important project for the region will receive support, including in the framework of the state programs.
