Unique social objects presented to A.Mamin in Aktobe

So, A. Mamin got acquainted with a project of the turn of the runway of the international airport of Aktobe. These measures are taken by the local authorities in order to ensure safety of flights.

Governor of the region Berdybek Saparbayev acquainted the First Deputy Prime Minister with the progress of implementation of public-private partnership projects in Aktobe.

In particular, A. Mamin visited the new Hockey Module "Olympus", where not only hockey players but also future champions in figure skating and short track will train. It should be noted that this is the first such sports facility for the development of winter sports, built in the region during the years of independence of our country.

"Special attention is paid to the development of the sphere of culture and youth policy. In the near future, the Palace of Youth worth 1.5 billion tenge will start working. The project is implemented within the framework of social responsibility of "Aktobemunaigas", Governor’s Office noted.

The First Deputy Prime Minister visited the private school "Symbat", where in the new school year a boarding school for gifted children from the countryside will be opened, as well as a social home for orphans "Meyirim" that has no analogues in Kazakhstan at a cost of 1.6 billion tenge.

A. Mamin also visited an ophthalmologic center "Koz Zharygy". 3,2 billion tenge was invested in the construction and equipping with modern equipment. Highly specialized ophthalmologic help in this medical institution will be able to be received by children and adults from the entire western region.

During the visit to the construction sites where important facilities for the region are built, Governor of the region B. Saparbayev emphasized that the implementation of the PPP projects in the region, first of all, will significantly reduce the burden on the budget of the region, create additional jobs, increase the coverage of preschool education, and improve the quality of medical services.

In addition, the First Deputy Prime Minister examined the reconstructed highway "Aktobe-Orsk" and got acquainted with the activities of a number of large enterprises.

Thus, "Kazakhstan Oil Equipment Plant" LLP is engaged in the production of oil and gas equipment and pipes with the capacity of 50 thousand tons per year. The total cost of the project is 5 billion tenge.

In order to implement the instructions of the Head of State to improve the level and quality of life of the population in the region, measures are taken to gasify rural settlements. In this regard, Aktobe built an automated gas distribution station "AGRS 300", which will significantly increase the volume of gas. It should be noted that over the past two years the level of gasification of Aktobe region has increased from 60% to 87%.

In addition, A. Mamin visited one of the largest greenhouse complexes in the region "Green House Kazakhstan", which operates in the framework of the SPIID with the support of "KazAgroFinance". Realization of the project has allowed to completely provide the region with fresh vegetables and also to supply surplus products for export to Russia.

In the greenhouse Askar Mamin was informed about the measures taken in the region to ensure food security, the development of interregional cooperation and irrigated agriculture.

During the visit to "Aktyubinsk rail-yard plant" Askar Mamin was acquainted with the technological process of production from a heating furnace to the production of finished products. We remind that the project was implemented in the framework of industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan.

The enterprise is the only producer of long-length (120 m) railway thermo-reinforced rail of the standard "R-65" in the territory of the EAEU. In general, after reaching full design capacity in 2018, the plant will produce 430 thousand tons of rolled products per year, including 200 thousand tons of thermally reinforced long (up to 120 m) rails for high-speed lines, 230,000 tons for shaped products for construction sector.

It is expected that today, on August 11, First Deputy Prime Minister A. Mamin will get acquainted with the progress of construction of low-rise credit housing under the program "Nurly Zher" and will visit the Academy of Creativity, the Palace of Combats which is under construction.

The total cost of PPP projects implemented and planned for implementation in the period from 2016 to 2018 is 28 billion tenge.

Governor’s Office informed the program of Mamin's stay in Aktobe will be completed in Aktobe with a meeting on the implementation of the "Nurly Zher" program with the participation of the Deputy Governors of all regions overseeing the construction issues.
