Up to 50 citizens applied to Center for shareholders support in Astana
Mostly, shareholders are interested in the investigation of legal cases in the equity construction, the process of consideration of their applications at a court and claims.
It should be noted that the work of the Center is organized according to the “one widow” rule. Citizens of the capital have a possibility to get all needed free legal advice on interesting matters in the sphere of equity construction, the media center of the Mayor’s Office of Astana informed.
We note that the Center for shareholders support functions in Astana since the beginning of August in the building of the Public Services center of “Saryarka” region. The task of the workers of the Center involves the receiving applications, their operative consideration, informing citizens about the process of the construction of the establishments, as well investigation of criminal cases in the sphere of equity participation in the housing construction.
Besides, citizens can get information about the constructing establishments in Astana in the Center, which are not problematic. As well, to verify the legality of the activity of a developer, taking part in the equity construction, to get data on presence of the license for attraction of shareholders’ finances to an establishment.
According to the capital procurator, there are 52 problematic establishments in Astana at the moment, and 14 thousand citizens suffered because of the unfair developers.
