Entrepreneurs’ service center opened in Petropavlovsk

Entrepreneurs’ service center was opened in Petropavlovsk yesterday, the official portal of the governor’s office of North Kazakhstan region reports

The Governor of the region Samat Eskendirov took part in the opening of the center.

"I am confident that the center will be a perfect interactive platform for all entrepreneurs in the region. The opening is another confirmation of the strong support of the state in the development of domestic business,” the Head of the region said.

Over 4 billion tenge has been allocated over four years, including 1,1 billion tenge in the current year within the framework “Business Roadmap 2020” program.

Government support measures helped to increase the number of employees in small and medium business by almost 30% - from 77 thousand to 100 thousand people compared to 2005.

The volume of output during this period increased four times in nominal terms. 60% of all taxes in the area makes transfers from the small and medium business.
