Scientific platform for studying history to be created in EKR
A working group of scientists, experts in various fields selected several dozen developments that will become the basis for the implementation of the presidential program "Rukhani Zhangyru" in the region.
According to the press service of the Governor of East Kazakhstan region, the project will allow to create a scientific platform for studying the history of the region from ancient times, to show the multifacetedness of historical, cultural and ethnogenetic processes, to present a single complex of memorial culture.
Such large-scale projects have already been implemented in the region. Since last year, on the initiative of Governor of the region Danial Akhmetov, Kazakhstani archaeologists along with leading scientists from Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, the United States and Japan have been working on the territory of East Kazakhstan. To date, five archaeological sites have been investigated, which are of great importance in the study of the ancient history of Kazakhstan. 3,000 new artifacts were transferred to the regional museum of the local lore.
