Social services commissioning increased by 70 % in Akmola region in 2013

According to the department of internal policy of Akmola region, 82 million tenge were allocated from the regional budget to the social services commissioning, that is 70 % more than the last year.

In general, a positive dynamics of the social services commissioning’s financing is observed. In, 82 million tenge were allocated from the regional budget to the social services commissioning that is 70 % more than the last year.

527 NGOs are registered in Akmola region, most of them are ethno -cultural and youth NGOs.

However, just 28% function in the region. Besides,  a number of NGO have no other sources of  finance except the  social services commissioning.
