According to YK-news.kz, the representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs of East Kazakhstan region on their example showed how to go properly by bicycle, how to mark a turn, move along a pedestrian crossing. They also reminded that bicyclists under the age of 14 years are forbidden to travel to the roadway and recommended to transport children under the age of seven on a specially equipped seat.

"With the onset of summer on the streets of the city there are many fans of the environmental transport. Therefore, we also transferred our employees to two-wheeled vehicles in order to attract the attention of citizens to the problems of cyclists, to teach them to move along the carriageway without violating traffic rules and to encourage motorists to respond adequately to the owners of two-wheeled vehicles", senior inspector of the administrative police office of the DIA EKR Akgul Atudinova commented.

This month in Ust-Kamenogorsk there was only one accident with the participation of a bicyclist but the flow of complaints about the manner of their driving is quite large.
