During the meeting, the issues of introduction of new technologies in the processes of rendering state services through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" were discussed.

Thus, it was announced that it is necessary to shorten the time and the list of documents, to exclude duplicate procedures and to switch over to an electronic format without an obligatory physical presence. One of these areas should be the transition to proactive services without the involvement of the service recipient.

Improvement of processes is carried out within the framework of realization of the Address of President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev "Third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness".

In the Address to the People, the Head of State noted that the processes of rendering state services should be optimized as much as possible.
