R.Suleymanov: It is necessary to achieve President's Address goals together
"In today's Address to the people of Kazakhstan the Leader of nation succinctly and clearly explained the main challenges to be addressed to all of us to becoming one of the 30 developed countries of the world. The strategic importance of oil and gas, mining and metallurgical complex of the country was stressed by the President. More focus should be put on the mineral resource base expanding "- R. Suleymanov reported.
According to him, in pursuance of orders of the Head of State we are working on geological exploration of coal bed methane (CBM). CBM commercial production organization will allow to create a new fuel and energy sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the future, which also will help to solve a number of social, energy and environmental problems.
In recent years, as the CEO noted, Kazakhstan's gas industry has undergone almost complete re-equipment, as all infrastructure construction with the most technologically advanced equipment designed to increase the capacity of gas transportation for years to come is equipped.
"On the territory of Kazakhstan gas from Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan on the origin of the system of Central Asia - Center to the north in Russia, also and eastward into China MG Kazakhstan – China is transported. Our country, providing an important international transport corridor "Kazakhstan - China", makes the most of its transit potential through the construction of modern compressor stations, gas compressor units of the latest generation and the introduction of other new technologies ", - the expert explained.
In the expert’s opinion, it has given an opportunity to get the maximum benefit for the country and improve the entire gas infrastructure.
"I believe that the implementation of the President's Address should move away Kazakhstan from the raw material orientation of the economy. Kazakhstan, in fact, has become a hub of transport and transit Euro-Asian region with the help of realization of major projects in logistics", - R. Suleymanov noted.
He assured that Kazakhstan is actively implementing projects to promote and increase the capacity of transit infrastructure, to expand export opportunities. Also, great attention is paid to projects to increase the resource base. This year is planned to put into trial operation on Airakty deposits of Amangeldy group.
"There is no doubt that the strategic directions of the state policy marked by the Leader of the nation will be a new stage in the achievement of all the goals. I am assured that we fulfill all major problems by joining our forces", "KazTransGas" CEO concluded.
