Kazakhstan expands cooperation with UAE in exploration field

There was the meeting of Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazgeologiya" Galym Nurzhanova and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Kazakhstan Dr. Mohamed Ahmed bin Sultan Al Jaber.

As the Ministry of Investment and Development of Kazakhstan informed, the sides discussed number of promising areas of cooperation and expressed confidence in further consistent development of bilateral partnership.

It is to be recalled that in the framework of Nursultan Nazarbayev's visit to the UAE in January 2017 there were meetings of heads of "Kazgeologiya" JSC and UAE companies. Issues on investment cooperation for the exploration works in Kazakhstan were discussed during their talks.

The Ambassador expressed readiness to assist the JSC "Kazgeologiya" in cooperation with companies from the UAE for investment exploration projects and in the organization of the early arrival of representatives of companies in Kazakhstan for more detailed discussion. Also the Ambassador emphasized the importance of continuous coordination and discussion of issues representing common international interest for both countries.
