Russia, Iran,Turkey made joint statement after talks in Astana

Russia, Turkey and Iran have prepared a statement on the results of negotiations on the Syrian settlement. It was decided to continue the fight against ISIS, Daesh banned in Kazakhstan. It was also agreed to separate them from other parts of the armed opposition. Statement on behalf of the three countries was read by Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Kairat Abdrakhmanov.

"We reaffirm our intention to continue the fight against the ISIS, Daesh banned in Kazakhstan and an-Nusra. We also agree to separate them from other parts of the armed opposition. We express our conviction there is an urgent need to start the negotiation process under the UN Security Council Resolution 2254", - said K. Abdrakhmanov.

As for the statement of Russia, Iran and Turkey, it was agreed to establish a tripartite mechanism, which should ensure full compliance with the ceasefire.
