Mayor’s Office of Astana developed shared construction map

A unified map of shared construction was developed for the effective implementation of a new law on joint construction and ensuring the transparency of the work conducted by Mayor’s Office of Astana.

The map includes 56 objects of shared construction in the context of three areas of the city. It includes two directions: the problematic objects and objects that are being constructed according to the norms of the new legislation, the official website of the capital Mayor’s office reported.

The map is easy to use and versatile. It contains the full information: the address and location of a residential complex, a description of the object being built; there are photos and video.

In addition, using the map the holders can keep track of information about the status of the construction site, complete technical documentation containing accurate information about the builder, as well as information about the construction and the stage of the operations.

The main advantages of the map of shared construction - providing of reliable information, transparency, availability of relevant information about facilities, access to a single database, intuitive interface for all users.

To date, more than 30 especially problematic housing projects are under control of Mayor’s office of Astana, the list of which is available on the official website.
