The document is aimed to provide equal rights for pensions - when pensions are formed and exported, protection of pension rights of workers in the Member States, as well as the development of cooperation in the field of pensions within the Union, the Commission reports.

"The draft Treaty provides credit seniority obtained in EAEU countries. For example, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, having worked for five years in Belarus may be sure that this period will be credited to the total length of service", - the statement reads.

As member of the EEC Board (Minister) for Economy and Financial Policy Timur Suleimenov noted, the Treaty on the EAEU provides all the basic rights and privileges for Union citizens. Agreement on pension provision of workers within the EAEU states eliminates all the legal gaps.

"We are striving to build up a single labor market, free labor movement", - he said.

The draft Treaty will be submitted to the Union's states for the internal procedures required for signature.
