NKR plans 8 IID projects in 2017

In 2017, North Kazakhstan region has scheduled to launch 8 IID (industrial innovation development) projects for 13.5 billion tenge within the state program, the head of the department for industrial and innovative development Zhanat Sadvokasov at the meeting under the chairmanship of Governor Yerik Sultanov.

The new projects will create 540 job places. The largest one - the sugar factory "Transagroinvest" LLP, plant for growing mushrooms "Mushroom World" LLP, vegetable oil plant "Taiynsha Mai" LLP, the production of polypropylene containers «SMBGROUP Family» LLP and hyper-pressed bricks "Giperkipich SK" LLP.

"In accordance with the new edition of the State program of industrial-innovative development for 2015-2019 years, an important tool for the promotion of industrial development, increase competitiveness and efficiency of the economy is the encouraging cluster development. The program provides the establishment of six regional pilot clusters. For that, it is planned to allot 1.8 billion tenge annually", -. Said Zhanat Sadvokasov.

The Governor charged akims of districts to take personal control of the projects to support entrepreneurship.

"We have to implemrnt 60 new business projects in the first quarter of next year and attract 100 billion tenge investments. This task was set in 2014 at the forum "Kyzylzhar-Invest". It is necessary to implement it", - said Ye. Sultanov.
