"This year, we plan to employ more than two thousand young people into student, construction and youth and labor brigades. At this time, more than 1,000 people have been employed.  The second wave of employment will take place in August. I think that by the end of the year the number of employed young people on construction and landscaping sites will increase significantly. According to statistics, Astana every year attracts about 40-50 thousand people, there is a very large urbanization and, of course, it requires the solution of the problem of housing. Thanks to the new program "Affordable Housing" for young families, and Zhilstroisberbank’s program, all problems will be resolved gradually and systematically," he said.

Also, Rakhmanberdy raised the problem of youth crime in Astana. According to him, to resolve this issue the department of internal affairs and akimat take all sorts of measures.

"Since the beginning of the holiday period we have begun the campaign "Me and the Law". Every young person who came to Astana or living here should know his or her rights and responsibilities, to what hour it is possible to stay outside, know the answers to the questions associated with alcohol, cigarettes and labor. We take all of these measures to prevent infringement of the rights of young people, that is, every young person should know their rights. Each year, youth crime is on the decline, I think that this year we will conduct a lot of preventive measures and reduce the number of offenses committed by young people. We will make every effort to it," Rakhmanberdy added.
