Kazakh Supreme Court implements President’s instructions sounded at VI Congress of Judges
The meeting was focused on the discussion of results of the VI Congress of Judges and instructions, pointed out by Head of State at the Congress, the press service of the Supreme Court informed.
Kairat Mami instructed to begin continuous modernization of proceedings’ administration to strengthen information technologies and to establish relations with the mass media.
In addition, it was charged to optimize load due to rising of the judges’ number.
Besides, it was instructed to court system’s image improvement, elimination of judicial errors , bureaucracy and revolving door of the court system.
A special attention was paid to alternative ways of the conflicts’ solving and the development of non-judicial conflict resolution procedures. In this regard the President charged to bring the native legislation in line with the international standards.
In addition, Kairat Mami ordered to continue to improve the professionalism of judges and improve the personnel policy in the courts of the country.
Implementation Plan, for tasks set by the Head of State during the VI Congress of Judges, was prepared following the meeting. For each item, the responsible persons are secured. K. Mami took the instructions’ realization under special control.
