Kazakh President: 100 judge candidates to undergo annual practical training

100 candidates for judges will undergo an annual practical training every year in order to improve the professional level of the judiciary, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has said during the first joint session of the chambers of the Kazakh Parliament of VI convocation.

"Kazakhstan’s system of justice and rule of law has acquired a new quality of transparency and professionalism. The level of legal protection and the rights of Kazakhstan citizens and businesses now matches the high standards of the OECD", the Head of State has said.

According to N. Nazarbayev, 75% courtrooms are equipped with systems of audio fixing.

"We had five units of all judicial issues, which are reduced to three. 100 candidates for judges will undergo an annual practical training every year in order to improve the professional level of the judiciary. The Academy of Justice for the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan has been created", the President of Kazakhstan has said.
