Employment Roadmap: Akmola rgn opened workshop for production of semi-finished products

Balkashino village in Sandyktau district (Akmola region) opened a workshop for the production of semi-finished products within Employment Roadmap program, "Akmola Media Ortalygy" reported.

In 2014 businessman Bilal Umarov from Balkashino village took a soft loan in the amount of 3 million tenge under "Employment Roadmap-2020" program and opened a small workshop for the production of semi-finished products with the capacity of 200 kg per day. He created 6 workplaces. He buys the raw materials, mostly beef and poultry, from the agricultural formations and population of the district.

Last year, at the expense of own funds he expanded the workshop, purchased the new equipment to improve the performance and increase the production volumes.

In the future, B. Umarov plans to increase the production up to 600 kg of products per day. His products are widely known not only in this district but also in the region, they have access to the market of Astana.

More recently, the entrepreneur has applied for the creation of social workplaces in an amount of 3 persons in the framework of the state program "Employment Roadmap-2020".
