Sarinzhipov: Since 2017 high school graduates won’t be left without profession

One of the specific instructions of the Head of State was to create a program where the first technical training will be given to everyone free of charge. Since 2017 young people will not be left without a profession, Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Aslan Sarinzhipov has said following the results of the annual President's Address to people of Kazakhstan.

"This year's Presidential Address to the People of Kazakhstan is special because it takes place in the special conditions of the new economic reality, political instability - all this puts additional pressure on Kazakhstan. In these circumstances, the Head of State proposes new approaches, solutions: "Nurly Zhol" State program, the National Plan "100 concrete steps", State program of industrial and innovative development", the Minister has said.

He has noted that qualified personnel will be necessary for implementation of these programs.

"One of the specific instructions of the Head of State was to create a program where the first technical training will be given to everyone free of charge. Those young people who are not enrolled in universities, colleges, they will be able to receive the first technical specialty through the support of the state. This task is will be worked out with the local agencies, and in September 2016 the state order will be increased, so that in 2017, no one will remain without specialty", A. Sarinzhipov has said.
