Over 100 thousand new jobs to be created within tourism development in Kazakhstan until 2020: A.Issekeshev

Over 100,000 constant workplaces will be created in tourism sector till 2020, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev said at CCS briefing today.
"Till 2020 with full support of the state tourism can provide more than 100,000 constant workplaces, with multiplicative effect it is about 30,000," Issekeshev said.
According to him, for realization of objectives in tourism sector it is planned to solve a number of questions, concerning the organization of aviation services, visa regime, development of transport infrastructure, and also work reorganization in regions.
The Head of department said that tourism can become one of those sectors which will provide employment and will give an impetus to development of small and medium business in Kazakhstan.
