Astana shared experiences on dual education with Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyz Republic delegation acquainted with the experience of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs (CE) in the development of human resources, in the framework of the implementation of the "Roadmap of implementation of dual education", the press service said.

"8 companies of VET are included in a draft dual card, 390 students in 9 specialties will participate in it. As of today 15 quadripartite agreements were concluded with colleges, employers, the Department of Education and the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. We also conduct monitoring of business needs in order to correspond the state order. In 2014-2015 the Chamber visited 250 companies that provided them data on personnel needs of more than 9,000 jobs in various specialties. Chamber is working with the senior experts. They also meet with various interested organizations of the city", - Aytugan Omarov the Deputy Director for Social Affairs of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Astana commented.

It is noted that the results of monitoring the Chamber formed a current top of the most demanded specialties in order to form the state educational order.

"We have learned how to work with employers. Social partnership with the employer is an external control of the college. Methodical complex is coordinated with employers; with their help we can understand whether this knowledge corresponds the life", - Director of "Trade and Economic College Kazpotrebsoyuz" Myrzabek Kuzhimov said.
