Mangystau rgn launched new program for entrepreneurs

Mangystau region launched the program “Mangystau Business Executive Program” for local entrepreneurs, the Governor's office said.

The joint project of the Governor’s office and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs (NCE) of Mangystau provides a comprehensive educational program for heads of regional companies. Ceremony of the first courses for Entrepreneurs “Mangystau Business Executive Program” was attended by Governor Alik Aidarbayev.

As the Governor's office explained, the course will last 6 months. 30 students - the leaders of Mangystau companies from different industries will study the operational and strategic management, negotiation, kaizen, personnel management, effective technique of thinking, marketing. Training consists of 12 modules of the day for 3 to 6 months. The best teachers will use the case method and business simulation.

"The main activity of “Eco-Operating” LLP is the collection, transportation for disposal, placement and processing of industrial and household waste. The company pays great attention to the safety and efficiency of production. We are going to train employees and improve their skills. From learning program I expect to have the skills of effective personnel management and improve the system of financial control ", - director of "Eco-Operating" Azamat Nurliyev.

"From January 1, 2015 Law on fundamental measures to improve entrepreneurship came into force. Its purpose is to create conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in the country, building a partnership between the state and business, to create a favorable business climate with a transition to a policy of promotion of good business, "- the Governor said.

Mangystau region has completed a two-year training program for civil servants “MBA in the public sector” and health care workers in "Management in health care."
