Kazakhstan & Belarus appointed directions for further development of joint investment project

The representative of the Ministry of Industry of Belarus and the heads of the large machine-building enterprises of Belarus arrived in Kokshetau.

According to the Governor’s office of Akmola region, during the visit the sides discussed the agricultural and municipal machinery". The purpose of the visit is to show the main directions of cooperation between Belarus and Kazakhstan industry, appoint directions for further development, and resolve the issues that arise during the implementation.

In addition, Belarusian investors are going to build the farm, communal and trailed assembly plant.

"Kazakhstan Agro-Innovation Corporation" LLP has begun the implementation of the joint project together with Belarusian partners in 2012. In the future, it will result in the increase of the range of the products, exports to the neighboring countries, the increase of the stuff.

According to the Governor's office, in September last year the project was included in the Map of industrialization. The Coordinating Council at the Governor’s office of the region approved the projects on ensuring the missing infrastructure: water supply system, electricity, sewerage and heating networks under "Employment Roadmap-2020" totaling more than 112.7 million tenge.

 “Kazagrobel” is the first joint venture in the history of “Bobruiskagromash” that is located in Kokshetau. This joint venture is the result of five-year collaboration between Kazakhstan Agro-Innovation Corporation, and it shows the correctness of the choice of strategic partner in Kazakhstan by the partners from Belarus. The main aim of this project is closer integration of the agricultural machinery of Kazakhstan in the market. It’s planned to implement new integrated solutions, promote new, modern technologies of forage, pack in the polymeric materials, application of mineral and organic fertilizers. Due to the joint efforts there is new national manufacturer, which provides farmers with modern and reliable technology, makes this technique more accessible, reducing only the transport and logistics costs by 2-5 times. In addition, it provides the equipment in leasing through the leading operator Kazagrofinance and also ensures the people with new jobs.
