150 mln vaccinations to be made in 2020 – Ministry of Agriculture
Veterinary laboratories of Kazakhstan are operating as normal, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan reports.
In 2020, Kazakhstan plans to conduct more than 150 million manipulations to vaccinate animals against 19 especially dangerous diseases. These include aphthous fever, anthrax, rabies, pasteurellosis, tuberculosis, variola of small cattle, avian influenza, plague, infectious rhinotracheitis and viral diarrhea, as well as emkar, ecthyma, glanders of horses, rhinopneumonia, nodular dermatitis, echinococcosis of carnivores, leptospirosis, leptospirosis, Newcastle disease, anaerobic enterotoxemia of sheep and bradsot.
120 million doses of veterinary drugs and 30 thousand liters of disinfectants are purchased for vaccination.
To date, veterinary and preventive measures are carried out according to the plan, veterinary laboratories are operating as usual, the epizootic situation for especially dangerous animal diseases is under constant control of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
