Workshop on public procurements organized in Mangystau region

The two-day workshop for entrepreneurs on public procurements was organized by the Mangistau Industrial Chamber together with the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs within the frames of support service program.

In the course of the free training seminar about fifty entrepreneurs got an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the current legislation governing public procurement procedures with due consideration of amendments introduced in 2014, so that the public procurement could be more efficient and entrepreneurs  could gain practical skills in preparation of the necessary documents in the field of public procurement.

The business coach of the seminar was Parkhat Islam - the practicing lawyer, founder and director of the law firm, the author of a collection of practical materials on public procurement for customers, the author of articles on public procurement.

During the seminar the participants reviewed theoretical and practical issues related to public procurement, methods and procedures of public procurement, legal regulations governing state procurements, disputable issues arising during the conduction and participation in public procurements.

The business coach explained to entrepreneurs in a simple manner complex and constantly public procurement procedure and arranged practical training.

"Thanks to the support provided by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs during the two days we learned how to conduct public procurement procedure, which previously seemed to me very difficult. Now I can participate independently on behalf of the College in public procurement tenders"- said the college representative of Kazakhstan modern academy "Bolashak" Raushan Begniyazova, while sharing her experience, according to palata.kz
