Astana hosts 3rd National Congress of Cardiac Surgeons

The third National Congress of Cardiac Surgeons, organized by National Scientific Cardiac Center JSC together with Chicago University and World Association of Cardiothoracic Surgery (WSCTS) under support of the Kazakh Ministry of Health and Social Development of has stated its work in capital of Kazakhstan today August 29.

Over 500 national and foreign doctors, scientists and experts including 47 speakers - world known specialists in cardiology, cardiac surgery and intervention cardiology participate in the congress.

"Here, we strive to combine even greater number of talented surgeons from around the world and to prepare a rich program with a large number of scientific papers and workshops," Chairman of the National Research Cardiac Surgery Center Yuri Pya stated.

It should be noted that the Congress will identify the most promising, actively developing and successful ways of using modern technology in cardiac surgery and identify particularly important scientific research.

The aim of the congress is to bring together surgeons from around the world to share experiences, ideas and discussions of advanced scientific achievements in the field of cardiac surgery.
