Head of State held several meetings in Ankara

Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev met with Presidents of Togolese, Turkmenistan and Macedonia , according to Akorda.

Prospects of bilateral cooperation and hot points of the international agenda were considered during the meeting with the President of Togolese Republic Faure Gnassingbé.

The presidents stressed the necessity to activate trade economic relation and interaction concerning several spheres  given the existing potential.

During the talk with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the two leaders discussed the main directions of bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, transport and transit, fuel and energy sectors, as well as topical issues on the international agenda.

Also key aspects of the forthcoming visit of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Turkmenistan and the opening of the railway line of the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran touched upon at the meeting. 

In addition, the Head of State and President of the Republic of Macedonia George Ivanov discussed the priority aspects of cooperation in trade and economic relations and topical international issues. The sides noted the need to strengthen cooperation on a number of promising directions, and in the framework of international organizations.
