Kazakhstan’s judicial system – not rigid dogma

“The judicial system of Kazakhstan is not a rigid dogma,” Chairman of Appeal Judicial Board for criminal proceedings of Astana city Court Zhazbek Abdieyv announced at international practical conference “Constitution- basis of development strategy of society and state.”

"The strategic directions have identified, however the judicial system - is not a rigid dogma. A lot of activates is carried out to improve the justice further.  Particularly, the last two congresses of judges, focused on the publicity, the openness of justice, the use of electronic technologies,” Abdiev said.

According to him due to the Constitution, the section relating to the judicial reform exactly, the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan has become in line with the judicial systems of other developed countries.

It bears reminding, on August 30, 2014 Kazakhstan will mark the 19th anniversary since adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
