Property legalization training workshop held in Mangystau region

A training workshop with participation of staff of the Justice Department of the Republican state budget-supported enterprise “Property Center of Mangystau region” was held with the purpose of the exploration the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amnesty of Kazakhstan citizens, oralmans and persons who have a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to the legalization of their property."
A number of issues that may arise during manufacturing, issuing technical certificates and state registration of rights on the basis of documents of title to real property issued by the Commission on the legalization of property were discussed at the meeting.
