NIS staff refilled by new specilists
On the eve of the school year Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Astana held orientation days for teachers.
"Today 260 foreign teachers, attracted by recruiting and competitive selection of countries such as UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, China and other countries work in the Nazarbayev Intellectual schools. Orientation days allow foreign teachers to get acquainted with the peculiarities of intellectual schools, the education system of Kazakhstan, conditions of stay in the country,” the NIS reported.
The participants received substantial information about the educational programs of the Intellectual Schools, a system of assessment, training, performance management, accreditation and the development of schools, mentoring program, and others.
It is worth noting that foreign teachers are involved in the NIS since 2011 to implement the International Baccalaureate program, the introduction of polylinguism and international experience of new learning technologies.
