Kazakhstan intends to enhance trade economic interaction with Ukraine: Nazarbayev
Opening the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated Poroshenko with the last Independence Day and expressed the hope that the negotiations will be successful in the search for compromise solutions.
The current situation in Ukraine can lead to the global conflict. That is why our position to find things in common to stop the conflict and activate the process of rehabilitation,” the Kazakh Leader stated.
Having touched the economic issues, the President of Kazakhstan emphasized the importance of continuing the work of the bilateral intergovernmental commission to promote free trade with Ukraine.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that Kazakhstan country has good relations with Ukraine and intends to continue to increase trade and economic cooperation.
In turn, Poroshenko noted that Kazakhstan has always been a reliable friend of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian President also expressed gratitude to the President of Kazakhstan for its firm stance for peace in Ukraine.
