5 new schools to throw open doors in Astana

Five new schools will be launched on September 1 in Astana. The project capacity of the every school is 1200 seats, the Baiterek media-center reports.
In addition, it is planned to complete the construction of another 4 schools for 4700 seats in October this year.
The capital also continues to implement "Balapan" program for 2010-2014 to provide children with preschool education. One of indicators of this program is the proportion of children under 5-6 years, covered with school training, which is 88.6% in Astana.
"In the 2014-2015 academic year 111 experimental sites including 58 - national level and 53 - city level operate in the educational space Astana. All experimental sites are aimed at improving the quality of the educational process, improving the efficiency of learning," the report reads.
