According to the press service of the authority, information about the account balance can be obtained by calling "195" (except Karaganda), "196" - for Karaganda, background information - by number "169" information on receipt of invoice on e-mail - by number "160", a detailed listing of the account on the website or through information boxes "Kazakhtelecom" JSC.
